Jordan’s young table tennis sensation, Omar Al-Ma’aytah, continued his impressive rise on the international stage, securing the bronze medal at the WTT Youth Contender – Cairo, one of the most competitive and prestigious events on the global youth circuit.
At just eleven years old, Omar — the national champion and top-ranked player in Jordan’s U11 category — has quickly become one of the most promising talents in the region. His exceptional skill and strong mental focus have earned him high praise from coaches across the Arab world, who see him as a future Arab and international champion and a bright hope for Jordanian table tennis.
This proud national achievement came under the guidance of coach Raed Al-Sharif, whose leadership played a key role in Omar’s success. The Jordan Table Tennis Federation also extends its appreciation to Omar’s father, whose continuous support and dedication have been instrumental in his son’s journey.
